For the second consecutive week, the numbers for the PokerStarsSunday Majors were up more than normal across the board, thanks to the World Championship of Online Poker. While there were no six-figure scores, several players had very profitable Sundays on the virtual felt. Among them were João Felipe "LiMa171" Lima, Adam "PutItAllYin" Bitz, and Jimmie "AlusivPnkBny" Guinther, each earning a victory on Sunday.

The $109 Sunday Rebuy drew a field of 1,321 this week, more than doubling its guarantee. The 1,321 entrants, for the most part, eclipses what the tournament used to get before Black Friday. "AJacejackAJ" outlasted the field this week, pocketing $80,267.20.

Notable Finishes: Fabiano "Kovalski1" Kovalski (11th - $4,199)

Also bigger this week was the Bigger $162, gaining 56 entrants from last week's tournament. The 1,861 entrants more than doubled the $100,000 guarantee, creating a prize pool of $279,150. A four-handed deal occurred at the final table, and in the end, João Felipe "LiMa171" Lima took down the event for $36,571.32.

Notable Finishes: Kenny "LoneHixx" Hicks (16th - $1,256.17)

The Bigger $109 saw a slight dip in entrants compared to last week's 3,448 players, but once again, it more than tripled its guarantee. Team PokerStars Pro Richard Toth found his way to the final table, but ultimately finished in eighth place, taking home $5,619.90. Adam "PutItAllYin" Bitz outlasted the entire field, and after a three-handed deal, walked away with the 40,841.97 first-place prize.

The Bigger $55 attracted 5,887 entrants, creating a prize pool of $294,350. "LordGregoire" emerged victorious in this event, topping the field for an outright win of $37,090.74. Not bad for a $55 investment.

Notable Finishes: Jose "papadelpoker" De La Guardia (18th - $1,030.22)

The $10+$1 buy-in Sunday Storm attracted a field of 31,124, creating a $311,240 prize pool. In a rare occurrence, players in the Sunday Storm decided on an even chop when play was heads-up. Although "cosy5" technically finished in first place, both "cosy5" and "sannnya" went exactly 50/50 to each earn $25,219.57.

The opening major of the weekend, the $100+$9 buy-in Sunday Kickoff attracted a field of 1,663, more than doubling the $75,000 guarantee. New Hampshire native Jimmie "AlusivPnkBny" Guinther, residing in Canada for the time being, took down the opening Sunday Major of the weekend. Guinther collected the lion's share of the $166,300 prize pool, taking home $27,781.74 for his outright win.
